These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d) govern the relationship between PAINTBALL POINT ZERO SRL, a limited liability company, headquartered in Sf\u00e2ntu Gheorghe, Str. Mikes Kelemen 21, Covasna County, Romania (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cCompany\u201d), registered with the Trade Registry under no. J14\/278\/2006, holding tax registration code (C.I.F.\/C.U.I.) no. 18743717, and the persons who use (the \u201cUser\u201d) the website www.hunsicham.ro (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cWebsite\u201d).<\/p>

Access to and use of the Website, including any of its pages or sections, is permitted only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, which include the Company\u2019s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
To use the Website, we may require the User to expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions through a specific action signifying unequivocal consent (for example, by checking the box \u201cI have read and agree to the Company\u2019s TERMS AND CONDITIONS\u201d).<\/p>

PAINTBALL POINT ZERO SRL does not guarantee that the information displayed on this Website is free of errors, although the Company makes every effort to provide updated and accurate information.<\/p>

The Company cannot be held legally responsible for any damages, losses, or harm caused to the User by inaccurate information. The information on the Website may be changed at any time, and no guarantee is given regarding its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness.<\/p>

The Company does not guarantee that the Website or the servers hosting it are free of viruses or other potentially harmful components, nor that it is free from errors, omissions, malfunctions, delays, interruptions in operation or transmission, or any other similar issues.<\/p>

The User accesses and uses the Website at their own risk. The Company is exempt from any liability for direct or indirect damages caused by using, accessing, or visiting the Website.<\/p>

5. Reservation and Cancellation Policy<\/b>
Our services are provided exclusively by appointment, with personalized preparation for each client.
At the time of booking, full payment for the chosen session (ritual, massage, or package) is required. We do not request a separate deposit, however, the amount paid is non-refundable<\/strong>, because:<\/p>

  • the time slot is reserved specifically for you;<\/li>
  • the space is prepared in advance;<\/li>
  • our therapists organize their work based on confirmed bookings;<\/li>
  • the services involve customized logistics and atmosphere, which generate costs even in the absence of the client.<\/li><\/ul>

    \ud83d\udcc5 Rescheduling is possible only with prior notice.
    If you are unable to attend at the scheduled time, we offer the possibility to reschedule to another available time slot, provided that you inform us in advance, so the original appointment can be offered to another client.
    Notification after the scheduled date is considered a no-show, in which case the voucher or session will be considered used.
    The session fee is non-refundable.<\/p>
