J14/278/2006, holding tax registration code (C.I.F./C.U.I.) no. 18743717, and the persons who use (the “User”) the website www.hunsicham.ro (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

5. Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Our services are provided exclusively by appointment, with personalized preparation for each client.
At the time of booking, full payment for the chosen session (ritual, massage, or package) is required. We do not request a separate deposit, however, the amount paid is non-refundable, because:

• the time slot is reserved specifically for you;
• the space is prepared in advance;
• our therapists organize their work based on confirmed bookings;
• the services involve customized logistics and atmosphere, which generate costs even in the absence of the client.

📅 If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, we offer the option to reschedule to another available slot within 30 days of the original date. The amount paid is non-refundable.
