1. The voucher is issued to a specific person and is non-transferable; it may not be assigned or resold.

2. The voucher may be used exclusively for the value and service specified.
The value cannot be split into multiple sessions and cannot be converted into shorter or lower-priced services.

3. The voucher is not equivalent to cash, cannot be exchanged for money, and is non-refundable.

4. Validity: 90 days from the date of purchase.
After expiration, the voucher becomes automatically invalid and cannot be extended.

5. Advance booking is mandatory, and voucher use is subject to availability.

6. Appointment cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Failure to attend or late cancellation will result in the voucher being considered used.

7. For weekend appointments (Saturday-Sunday), any price difference or weekend surcharge must be paid on site, in addition to the voucher.

8. If the selected service exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid on site.

9. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Hunsicham VIP Spa Boutique reserves the right to reschedule appointments in cases of force majeure or technical reasons, with a new date to be arranged.
